Mana Rising Workshops
Mana Ora and Little Rising bring you our exclusive school holiday mindfulness workshops for 4hrs a day, 5days a week.
These workshops are designed to embrace confidence, awareness and knowledge through fun and interactive yoga and wellbeing activities.
